Dr. Christopher Bayer
Dr. Christopher Bayer grew up in Michigan and attended the University of Michigan for both his Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular and Molecular Biology and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees. It was his love of science and helping people that drew him to the dental profession. In dental school Dr. Bayer won the grand prize of the School of Dentistry Research Day allowing him to present his research at scientific meetings including the American Dental Association General Meeting.
After attending dental school, Dr. Bayer was selected into a General Practice Residency in dentistry at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. There he received advanced training in the dental specialties. After his residency, Dr. Bayer and his wife moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where he practiced for three and a half years before moving to New York City in 2009. In New York City, he continued in private practice focusing on cosmetic and family dentistry. His main priority is providing exceptional patient care through a commitment to continuing education. In 2022, Dr. Bayer and his wife made the move back to the Bay Area selecting Marin County as the place to raise their two young boys.
In his free time, Chris likes playing soccer and tennis along with running, swimming, hiking and skiing. He also enjoys the theater and travel. Currently, he is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Marin County Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry.
