Bonding
Dental bonding can improve the appearance of teeth that are chipped, broken, cracked, stained, or have spaces between them. With bonding, a tooth-colored resin material called composite is applied to the tooth surface with a chemical adhesive. This is usually done in a single dental appointment. Bonding, can look good initially, but is not usually as durable as porcelain veneers or crowns in the long run so the strength of a bonded filling relies on the strength of the tooth itself.
